Global Notice:
Personalized items are non-refundable worldwide except where defective or incorrectly produced. This includes EU customers under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. Order Processing & Cancellation
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
- Cancellation requests made within one hour may be reviewed but are not guaranteed.
6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
- Prices are shown in the selected currency.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Taxes may apply (VAT, sales tax, import duties).
- Customers are responsible for customs duties and import fees.
- Payments are securely processed via Shopify-approved gateways.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide where available.
- Domestic delivery: 2–5 business days (estimated).
- International delivery: 7–21 business days (estimated).
- Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns for non-personalized items may be accepted within 7 days where applicable.
- Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless error is ours.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Photo or video evidence may be required.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
- EU customers: 14-day withdrawal applies only to non-personalized items.
- US and other regions: governed by Refund Policy and local laws.
